YPGC Direct Debit Issue

Dear Members, 

We have just been made aware that there is a debit issue with today’s debit process.

It appears the system has uploaded next financial year’s subscription amount one month early, and has then debited up to 25% of that amount to recoup the balance. This has occurred across the Belgravia golf courses and is not just a Yarrambat issue. 

Belgravia have contacted MiMembership tech support to resolve the issue and reverse any incorrect debits.

If any member experiences issues, or incurs an ‘insufficient funds’ charge as a result if this unexpected erroneous debit, they can speak with Matt Weisheit and resolve that issue.

Belgravia are sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience and will update Members as the matter is resolved.
