Dear Members, 

As you would be well aware the forecast for today was that of immense amounts of rain and thunderstorms. Jason and myself monitored the course condition this morning
with the rain fall overnight and with 90% of the field pulling out of today’s event the match committee made the decision to cancel the monthly medal and move it to next week. 

This decision was also based on the safety of our members with all of the warnings published via the Bureau Of Meteorology over the past 48 hours.

The conditions this morning have not been as drastic as what was proposed by the bureau however the match committee stands by its decision as the safety of our members is paramount. 

To quote John Melouney “It’s only a game after all”.
