A reminder that Club membership expires on 31 October 2025

Any member who has not yet paid their renewal is deemed un-financial and ineligible for any competition prizes. Competition prize processing may been delayed whilst the appropriate checks are conducted

Please ensure that your surname appears as our reference (not yours) so we can identify payments.

Unless exceptional circumstances exist, and by prior arrangement, payments recorded as received into the YGC Bendigo Bank account after 7 November 2025 will incur a late payment fee of $20.

Members not financial as of 1st November will have access to bookings and GolfID suspended. 

*Late membership payments received are not automatically accepted.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

The 1st of November is the first round of the YGC Club Championships – as well as the 2025 Medallist of Medallist playoff. The Club Championship is then played across the next 3 Saturdays, with the lowest aggregate scores (gross & nett) taking home the trophies. Grades are determined by the handicap played on the 1st round

A cut will be effected after the second round, with the Top 12 of each grade (and ties) progressing to round 3 & 4, those players missing the cut will play a daily Stableford competition. Players may be eligible for the Open Championship, but miss the cut for the Grade event, those few players will only be eligible for the Open event.
