On a sunny but blustery Saturday morning the final round of the 2023 Club and Grade Championships got underway, with some in the hunt and a few ruing missed opportunities across the previous 3 days. 

These events challenge the player to perform consistently, in varying conditions, across 4 different days to be worthy of the title of Club Champion or Grade Champion. Such titles should not be easily won, and must be earned. The honour of being called a champion for the next 12 months is one deserving of respect and admiration – and for others to dream of, and work to toward earning the title next year.
