Members,

Competition fees and prizes have been suspended indefinitely.

 

Handling cash and competition fees requires us to attend the course for a non-permitted reason and therefore we cannot facilitate this at this time.  Golf played in YGC Competition booking times with still be played under the Rules of Golf, and scores will be handicapped. If you do not have access to the app – complete a YPGC scorecard, take a photo and send it in (names clearly marked).

All 9 hole YGC Competitions will be played from the Movable Gold / Red Tees unless otherwise stated.

All members MUST READ and abide by the YPGC Safety Plan – You will be asked to accept the Plan before you play your next round – No Exceptions.

Failure to comply with the Safety Plan, or failure to accept the Plan, may well result suspension of Course Membership and / or exclusion from the Course – no if, buts or maybes.

Any YGC Member who fails to follow an instruction given by YPGC Staff, or is disrespectful or abusive to any YPGC staff or Groundstaff will be subject to the disciplinary process. 

There are fines in excess of $50K applicable to the Course and they will not place themselves at risk of closure.

We all want to play golf, and stay healthy and this is the reality of the world for the next few months – it will not go away.

These measures are fully supported and endorsed by the YGC Committee.
