The YGC General Committee have established a sub-committee to holistically review, explore, examine & assess the current and future state of the Club, as well as the Club’s direction and activities, to ensure the longevity and success of the Club.

Sub committee members are Jennifer Bernhardt (Chair), Mark Wilson, Peter Lowery and Mike Di Vincenzo

A first meeting was held on 4 March 2020 to establish a framework and have a general discussion on how to proceed, and identify what areas were a priority to examine. Some areas canvassed included;

• Overall Club health and membership numbers
• Looking forward to where we could / should be in 5 & 10 years
• Membership demographics 

All agreed that a focus of the sub-committee will be to establish a one club attitude with all members of YGC and investigate and discuss areas that can be improved.

Members are encouraged to contact any person on the Sub-committee either by email or in person with comments.

Members are asked to be mindful that we don’t want to be bombarded all once (especially mid-round!) and that we are initially looking for general thoughts, broad comments or ideas.
