Today’s Presidents Cup semi-finals saw two intriguing matches on show.

“Silent-assassin” Ange Temouskos took on “Steptoe” Dale Sudborough   

While Yarrambat’s own “Steve Bradbury”, Paul Biancotto was up against the “Orange Roughie” – Mark Wilson.

 

The golf gods put on perfect weather conditions for these matches, but unfortunately Ange and Wilso were unable to repeat the form that got them this far, both being well beaten by better opponents on the day.

Ange was unable to get a putt to drop to put any pressure on a remarkably focused Dale, and Wilso was just unable to find a fairway, allowing Paul to dictate terms.

 

Congratulations the Dale and Paul, this sets up a thrilling final match in two weeks time, and I am certainly looking forward to seeing these two slug it out (hopefully to extra holes!)
