A disciplinary hearing was held at the Yarrambat Golf Club at 7:00 PM on Thursday 21 November 2019.

The disciplinary action was taken under regulation 19 (b) and (c) of the Rules for Yarrambat Golf Club Incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.

The member concerned had been correctly advised of the date, time and place of the meeting; including all details of the complaint/s against him and declined to attend this meeting of his own accord. 

After discussion of all available information presented, the DSC arrived at the conclusion that the only course of action in this case was to cancel his membership of Yarrambat Golf Club. The DSC voted unanimously to immediately expel the member from the Club.

This decision was not reached lightly, and the DSC, comprising two Committee and one peer member, found that his continued behaviour and actions were unacceptable to the Club.
