Booking Sheet – Later closing time

It appears that the vast majority of our members have been very considerate with their bookings and withdrawing early when necessary, cancelling where necessary with sufficient notice to allow others the opportunity to play, or play earlier, and not leaving their playing group in the lurch.
As a result the Committee have agreed to extend the booking sheet closing time.
Commencing 1st June 2019 (for a trial period) the Booking Sheet will close at 8:30 PM the day before for withdrawals only.
Remember the booking sheet can still be viewed even when “CLOSED” so you can still check your tee times before play.
For any late bookings – after the sheet has closed – check the booking sheet for an available spot, and text your name and the available booking time to 0421 33 2275 before 10:30 PM after that time please call the Pro Shop 9436 2201 (early) in the morning to book in.
Any emergency withdrawals should be notified to the Pro Shop or by text to the number above with the reason for the late withdrawal.
Please remember a tee time booking is not just a holding place until a better offer comes along, it is a commitment to your fellow players and the Club to turn up to play.
Failure to withdraw within a sufficient time may deny your fellow members the opportunity to play, or the opportunity to move into a preferred (earlier) time slot to meet other commitment.
Be it first group or last group – please consider your fellow club members – (and a hint of rain is not reasonable grounds for failing to honour you commitment to your group.)
