The finals of the Senior’s Pennant were played at Rosanna today, with both our teams in the hunt for the Plate.

The Reds won 5 of their 8 matches, one win behind the Plate winners, home team Rosanna Green. Our winners were Chris Petkovski (5/3), Joe Caruana (4/3), Michael Kalms (4/3), David Morley (3/1) and John Melouney (1/0).

The Blacks didn’t fare quite as well, coming away with three wins: Gavin Pearce (5/3), Cris Kotopoulos (2/1) and Sarath Silva (2 up).

I think we can speak for all players involved in Pennant this year when I say that we thoroughly enjoyed the camaraderie and the opportunity to represent our Club.

If you will be 50 years or over in March 2019, We urge you to put you hand up next year and try out for the pennant teams.
