Seniors pennant resumes next Monday, at Box Hill.

After two tough rounds, we need to do better in the remaining three rounds to have any chance of being in the finals.

The last round was played at Rosanna, where our Reds came up against last year’s champions Heidelberg Greens. The only highlights were fighting draws by Joe Caruana and Howard Thomsett, the rest of the team going down in (mostly) close games.

The Blacks played against the home team Rosanna Red where Allan Searl fought out a tight win and Jen Bernhardt achieved a draw. Again, most games were close.

If we can convert the close ones into wins, we are still in the running, particularly as the last round is at home.
