Hello to all YGC members and apologies about the delay in the Rule of the Month. 

In the light of the first round of the Club Championships this past weekend and some feedback from our members I thought I would concentrate on course care once again
and the importance of bunker care. There is nothing more frustrating than hitting your ball into a bunker to then notice it has come to rest in a foot print. 

Once again we all understand that we share the course with the public however if we can all take a concentrated effort much as we all did with the repair of plug marks on greens and divots on fairways, which have noticeably improved and I thank everyone for, It would make for a much better golfing experience.
